It allows transaction performance problems to be quickly and accurately identified, diagnosed and repaired, ensuring an optimal quality of experience for end-users and mitigating bottom-line business impact.

Streaming Perspective measures, compares and assures the performance of audio and video streams, diagnosing performance problems before they impact the end-user. Measures Real Media and Windows Media streams.

E-BUSINESS TESTING
Keynote's testing services include LoadPro™ and Test Perspective™.
LoadPro brings unprecedented new degrees of accuracy and realism to the load testing market, which until now has consisted of software solutions retrofitted from the client/server days when load was static, not dynamic, as it is on the Internet. LoadPro models actual user behavior on a Web site and then scales that load up across multiple geographies allowing e-businesses to predict outcome and plan for unexpected "hit storms."

Test Perspective provides an easy-to-use and cost-effective solution for IT personnel that need to initiate on-demand load tests and integrity tests e-business applications from one or multiple geographic locations. IT personnel now have the ability, for the first time, to run instant integrity tests, load tests and diagnostic tests and receive immediate feedback on modifications made to the Web site or any other aspect of the network to ensure that overall performance has not degraded.

At it's 2002 Global Internet Performance Conference, Keynote announced the Keynote Testing Portal, which gives testing and operations groups greater control and insight into the performance of their Web applications, with real-time access to the results of the Keynote's award-winning load test services.

Keynote's worldwide, distributed testing infrastructure allows enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively validate the performance of their e-business applications.
