SQS-UK offers a progressive working culture and a flexible

we undertake for our clients. The philosophy of SQS-UK is
to recruit people with experience of the business sector in
which our clients operate and then, through a programme of
education and training, prepare them to be the best in testing.
In this way, our clients can use teams that already have a
good working knowledge of the business drivers of their particular
market sectors. Experience of working with the problems of
specific markets enables a faster and more complete understanding
of the requirements of testing projects. This ensures a more
efficient and effective result for our clients.
Continuous training and development keep our employees well
educated and up to date with all the latest techniques and
tools required to offer a top-level service to customers.
Everyone is encouraged to expand and improve his or her knowledge
and experience and rise to the challenge that new projects
bring.
A career path for each person is individually planned and implemented. A skills matrix is used to facilitate transfer between projects. This enables employees to move easily and quickly into new areas of work, thus keeping interest level high and opening new challenges. This enables the learning of new skill sets to be achieved. A Personal growth Plan meeting (PGP) is arranged every six months to enable a career path to be mapped out with goals and milestones. This PGP ensures that the aspirations of all employees can be tracked and fulfilled.

Easy to say, but often difficult to achieve! The management
of SQS-UK has worked extremely hard to keep the approachable
and friendly atmosphere of a small company yet at the same
time growing in leaps and bounds. The turnover of SQS-UK has
grown exponentially over recent years, as has the number of
employees.
The same culture values that made working in a small yet growing company both exciting and fun have been retained as the company has grown to new levels. The open door policy that makes for effective management and approachable decision making has been retained and improved to ensure all employees have access and input into top level decision making.
