Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 10 March 2008 Rudolf van Megen, a director of the
Company, has acquired 19,000 Ordinary Shares for 275 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr van Megen has an interest in 4,236,785 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 19.62 per cent. of the Company's current total
issued ordinary share capital.
