SQS Software Quality Systems AG ("SQS" or the 'Company')
On 6 March 2008, SQS announced a dividend (the "Dividend") of Euro 0.20 per
ordinary share which will be paid to shareholders on 29 May 2008. The record
date for the Dividend will be 23 May 2008 (and not 28 May 2008 as stated in the
announcement of 6 March 2008). All other dates in respect of the Dividend
remain as originally described.
