Effective Test Management is at the heart of every successful testing project. The coordination of testing projects requires effective management and control to improve the quality of the process and reduce the time and cost of implementation.

Test Management ensures that test assets - such as test requirements, test plans, test documentation, test scripts or test results - are organised and available at all times. The Test Management process - requirements, management, Test Planning, Test Execution and Defect Management - is a powerful method of assuring successful project control.

TestDirector from Mercury is recognised as an effective tool to assist in the implementation of efficient Test Management. It does however require specific skills to be developed to maximise the effect it can have on successful fulfilment of testing projects.

To achieve a speedy and efficient start-up in the use of TestDirector, SQS-UK deliver a combination of training and consultancy in a short intensive period that will empower your test team and ensure that your optimal use of the tool is achieved.

All qualified practitioners with real-world experience in utilising Mercury TestDirector, our consultants will ensure that your newly established users are trained correctly and can rapidly implement effective Test Management procedures.
